LaKeisha Coleman RN, MSN
LaKeisha brings with her vast experience providing support to SNF and AL facilities as necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents. For nearly 15 years, she has helped skilled nursing facilities achieve compliance with company policies and procedures as well as clinical regulations.
Her thorough knowledge of multistate regulations will help with supporting her facilities maintain critical licensure requirements.
LaKeisha comes to us from Ascension Living-Chicago as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations for the North Chicago and Wisconsin market. In that role, she supported multiple facilities clinical teams, implemented care systems, conducted mock surveys as well as remote trainings.
LaKeisha is a mother of 3 girls that love basketball and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., where she serves on several community service committees.
